Every card ships safely. Every customer matters. Here's how we handle shipping and returns.
📦 Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Singles ship in a penny sleeve, top loader, and team bag. Cards $100+ ship with tracking and signature confirmation. We ship USPS First Class and Priority.
↩️ Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be in original condition. Contact us at hello@walkoffsc.com to initiate a return. Buyer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrectly described.
🔒 Packaging Standards
Every card is sleeved, top-loaded, and wrapped in bubble wrap before going in a rigid mailer. Graded slabs get extra padding. We take packaging seriously — your card will arrive the way it left us.
